Legal contracts establish the roles of architects and contractors; the question of construction is not really addressed.  But if a project is overseen by a single source from beginning to end, every critical responsibility along the way is accounted for and carried out, including supervision by a single responsible source.  This video is part of a series about the Architect Led Design Build process.
