The Stack addresses the need for moderate-income housing in Manhattan through the alternative method of offsite construction. By finding opportunity on a small, challenging urban site, this pilot project aims to develop quality, yet economically viable housing, strategically filling a gap in the outdated housing infrastructure of New York City.
