Completed within a tight six-month timeframe and budget, the Early Learning Center is an extension of the St. Francis Elementary School, providing much-needed space for their preschool program. The new facility is divided into three bays, each catering to a particular age group. The building’s design features vaulted ceilings that create spacious, light-filled environments, while its bright yellow exterior offers a welcoming identity for the community.
