This new four-story building replaces aging temporary facilities for Sony Pictures. The building is located near a main entrance to the production lot, making it a prominent landmark within the compound. The project includes a large mailroom serving the entire studio with a loading dock and easy access to the city. It features three floors of open office space, each equipped for different divisions of Sony’s corporate structure. The entrance is designed to accommodate future adjacent buildings as part of the Sony Studio Master Plan. The building employs California construction techniques to create a lively, playful aesthetic fitting for the film industry.
